We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee residential new construction projects from inception to completion. This dynamic role requires a proactive leader with a passion for building excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a key player in our construction management team, you will coordinate all aspects of construction site operations, manage diverse teams, and uphold safety and regulatory standards. Your expertise will drive project success and foster collaborative relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Definition of Work:
- Manage all phases of residential home construction from site preparation through final completion
- Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure homes are on schedule, within budget, and to company standards
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors including framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and finishing trades
- Ensured compliance with architectural plans, specifications, local building codes, and safety regulations
- Conduct routine inspections, pre-drywall walkthroughs, final inspections, and punch-list reviews
- Enforced job-site safety standards and maintained clean, organized, and hazard-free work environments
- Coordinated city and county inspections to ensure timely approvals
- Order and verify delivery of materials to support uninterrupted workflow
- Communicate progress updates and issues with project managers, vendors, and office staff
- Assist with homeowner walkthroughs and address customer questions during construction
- Coordinate warranty repairs and ensure timely resolution of post-closing issues
- Maintain accurate job documentation, daily logs, and inspection records using construction management software
Must have at least two years of experience.
Degree in Construction Management preferred.
Pay: $63,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Pre-Construction Coordinator to oversee the administrative and coordination functions that prepare residential construction projects for a successful start. This role is responsible for managing the pre-construction process from lot purchase through foundation release by coordinating permitting, plan reviews, scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication are essential.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Construction Coordination
- Coordinate all pre-construction activities from lot purchase through foundation release.
- Maintain project schedules and monitor milestone deadlines.
- Build and maintain lot budgets and project information within Buildertrend.
- Create and maintain plan matrices and construction schedules.
- Prepare projects for construction starts by ensuring all documentation is complete and approved.
- Manage product inventory and assist the Purchasing department with budget compliance and primary vendor changes, as needed.
Permitting & Compliance
- Apply for, track, and obtain all required building permits and related approvals.
- Coordinate municipal, parish, and utility requirements to ensure projects remain compliant.
- Maintain permit logs and project documentation.
- Compile engineering reports, surveys, drainage plans, plot plans, and other required documents.
Plan & Document Management
- Review construction plans for accuracy, proper orientation, and community-specific requirements.
- Upload and maintain construction plans and documentation in Buildertrend.
- Prepare and distribute approved construction documents to field personnel and trade partners.
- Maintain accurate community and lot records throughout the pre-construction process.
Utility & Engineering Coordination
- Coordinate and submit Manual J, PEC, and ELP documentation as required.
- Coordinate plot plans and engineering documentation necessary for permitting and construction.
- Communicate with engineers, utility providers, municipalities, and other third-party vendors to ensure timely approvals.
System Administration & Purchasing Support
- Set up new plans, communities, and lots within Buildertrend.
- Maintain accurate project data and remove completed schedules as needed.
- Assist Purchasing with budget updates, vendor changes, and project documentation.
- Support process improvements and assist other departments throughout the pre-construction process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of residential construction experience preferred.
- Knowledge of residential construction processes, permitting, and plan review.
- Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with residential permitting, plot plans, Manual J calculations, PECs, and ELP documentation is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related education is preferred but not required.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Construction teams throughout the homebuilding process. This position plays a vital role in coordinating design selections, processing change orders, managing Buildertrend project information, preparing HOA/ARC submissions, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
Primary ResponsibilitiesSales Support
- Assist Sales Agents during buyer selection appointments.
- Enter homeowner selections into Buildertrend and other company systems.
- Process and maintain accurate records of all design selections and upgrades.
- Support the Sales team with administrative tasks throughout the sales and construction process.
Buildertrend Administration
- Maintain accurate project schedules, selections, documents, and construction updates within Buildertrend.
- Upload contracts, change orders, photos, and project documentation.
- Post construction progress updates for homeowners through Buildertrend.
- Ensure all project information remains current and accurate throughout construction.
HOA & Architectural Review (ARC) Coordination
- Prepare and submit all Architectural Review Committee (ARC) applications.
- Coordinate HOA approvals for new home construction.
- Gather and submit required plans, surveys, elevations, specifications, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor approval status and follow up with HOA representatives as needed.
- Maintain records of approvals, correspondence, and compliance requirements.
Change Order Coordination
- Process homeowner change requests and upgrades.
- Coordinate pricing and approvals with Purchasing and Construction departments.
- Prepare, distribute, and maintain approved change order documentation.
- Communicate approved changes to Purchasing and Construction teams.
- Track change orders through completion.
Documentation & Administrative Support
- Maintain complete and accurate homeowner files.
- Organize contracts, selections, change orders, and HOA/ARC documentation.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, organized, and readily accessible.
- Assist with project reporting and administrative tracking as requested.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in residential construction, homebuilding, real estate, sales support, or administrative coordination preferred.
- Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
